This 20 minute piano piece is a bit of a political statement against the decibel limitations they want to install for venues and festivals in Belgium. They want a maximum of 100 dB for outdoor and 85 dB for small indoor venues and the want to make plexi screens obligatory for drummers. It makes no sense...
